The Organization of Nurse Leaders New Jersey (ONL NJ) is committed to engaging our partners across the continuum including long-term care, home care and subacute facilities to ensure that all nurse leaders in New Jersey are represented by ONLNJ. This program will address some of the unique challenges of working together across care settings. ONL NJ exists to represent and strengthen nurse leaders and aspiring nurse leaders by providing opportunities for professional networking, education, mentorship and consultation. The strategic plan of ONL NJ identifies its core business as education and leadership development, public policy advocacy, career development, information resources and research. One of the core strategic goals of the organization is to create a culture of membership engagement across the healthcare continuum. ONLNJ has established goals for each of these areas to further the mission of the organization and enhance the image of the profession.
